As a reminder, registration is not just for drivers. ALL attendees MUST register.

8 a.m.

Gates open for volunteers

Gates at the Fredericksburg Fairgrounds will be open for volunteers only to check-in and drop off trailers

10 a.m.

Gates open for general admission

Gates at the Fredericksburg Fairgrounds will be open for all attendees to check-in and drop off trailers

9 p.m.

Driver Orientation

Mandatory for all drivers

This meeting will cover convoy routing instructions, staging on The National Mall, and details about the convoy to The National Mall 

11 p.m.

Convoy Departs

The convoy will depart from Fredericksburg Fairgrounds towards Washington D.C.
